Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 / S31803) is the most widely used duplex grade, offering approximately twice the yield strength of 316L and excellent chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance. Ideal for chemical equipment, pressure vessels, desalination and offshore structures.
| Standards | ASTM A240 / A480, ASME SA240, EN 10028-7 |
| Thickness | 0.3 mm – 100 mm (sheet/plate) |
| Width | Up to 2500 mm | Custom cut-to-size |
| Finishes | 2B, BA, No.4, Polished, Mill, Hot Rolled |
SAF 2507 / UNS S32750 is a super duplex grade with PREN > 42. Delivers exceptional resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in seawater, bleach and acidic environments. Used in offshore, FGD, and petrochemical equipment.
| Standards | ASTM A240 / A480, ASME SA240, EN 10028-7 |
| Thickness | 0.5 mm – 80 mm |
| Width | Up to 2500 mm | Cut-to-size available |
| PREN | > 42 — Superior chloride resistance |
LDX 2101 (UNS S32101) is a lean duplex grade with lower nickel content, offering a cost-effective alternative to 304/316L for moderate corrosion environments. Used in tanks, pressure vessels, water treatment and construction.
| Standards | ASTM A240, ASME SA240, EN 10028-7 |
| Thickness | 0.5 mm – 50 mm |
| Applications | Tanks, Water Treatment, Bridges, Construction |
| Advantage | Lower nickel content = lower cost vs. austenitic SS |
UNS S32304 is a lean duplex with superior strength and moderate corrosion resistance, used where good formability and lower nickel content are desired. Suitable for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and industrial structures.
| Standards | ASTM A240, ASME SA240, EN 10028-7 |
| Thickness | 0.5 mm – 60 mm |
| Applications | Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Structures |
| Yield Strength | Min. 400 MPa (2x that of 304L) |
European standard duplex and super duplex sheets conforming to EN 10028-7 and NORSOK M-630. Widely specified for European and offshore projects including North Sea oil & gas, European chemical plants and process equipment.
| Standards | EN 10028-7, NORSOK M-630, PED 2014/68/EU |
| Thickness | 0.5 mm – 100 mm |
| Certifications | EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, CE Marked, PED |
| Applications | Offshore, North Sea, European Chemical Plants |
